A typical itinerary

Day 1
Marrakech → Aït Benhaddou → Dadès valley
Over the Tizi n’Tichka pass, stops at Aït Benhaddou and Ouarzazate, and on to the Dadès valley.
Day 2
Todra gorge → Merzouga
Morning in the Todra gorge, then on to Merzouga for sunset over the dunes.
Day 3
Merzouga → Middle Atlas → Fès
North through the Ziz valley, Midelt and the cedar forests near Ifrane, arriving in Fès in the evening (about 7–8 hours with stops).
