Hairpin bends up to about 2,260 m, with views over the High Atlas and its Berber villages.

Ouarzazate
The gateway to the desert, with the Taourirt kasbah and the film studios that gave the town its nickname.

A detour on a smaller road to the old Glaoui kasbah at Telouet, if you would like a quieter route.
